PeerBox is a peer-to-peer file sharing application for the next generation mobile devices.
PeerBox allows searching for files in open P2P networks, downloading the files onto the phone and sharing the files with other users.
PeerBox also allows downloading premium content from Nareos servers. PeerBox is integrated with 3rd party Robust Audio Hashing(fingerprinting) technology to recognize copyrighted content and collect payments for it.
Home Screen

For each one of the songs, you can view the details, and download the songs.
In PeerBox beta, all the songs are free.

After you finish entering the search term, push “Search”. PeerBox will search the open P2P networks for you. After you get the list of files, you can browse through the list, see file details and choose one or more files to downolad to your device.
Note that a green arrow appears on the home page when you start downloading, and the number next to the arrow indicates the number of files that are being downloaded.

All your current and past downloads can be seen in the downloads screen. For each file, you can see its download status and its size. Push Options|Details to see more details on the files.
For files that are downloaded from our servers, album art and full artist, album and track names are shown.
In the release version, the files downloaded from P2P will be fingerprinted, and the full artist, album and track names will be shown for them as well.
After a file has been downloaded, you can move it to the history screen by pushing Options|Move to History in the downloads screen.
On-The-Air Recognition
The Identify feature allows you to hold the phone to any source of music anywhere, anytime, and have the music recognised for you.
For example, you are at a noisy bar, and you suddely hear that song that you heard before and really love but have no idea about who is singing and what the song name is. Grab your phone, open PeerBox, push the Identify icon and then Record.
Hold the phone to the music for 15 seconds, and then select Identify from the menu.
In a snap, the song information will appear on the screen. Now you can purchase the song and enjoy it on your mobile.
NOTE: On-the-air recognition is not available in this Beta I release.
